Description

Strong and reliable, our new OCTOPUS safety stopper enhances your safety as it efficiently prevents your lanyard from getting stuck. The almost-flat upper part gives a clean stop to your carabiner, while the lower part, with its conical shape, allows your lanyard cable to be “expelled” towards the outside, with no grip to get it stuck. Following our prototype tests, we chose a diameter wider than a tennis ball’s (75mm vs 65mm). Finally, the bright fluorescent yellow color makes it more visible.

Details and Materials

The stopper is made of ABS plastic, a strong and durable material also used in LEGO, ensuring long-lasting performance. It has a fluorescent yellow color for visibility, a 75mm diameter for safety, and works perfectly with 10–12mm ropes (and even smaller ropes down to 8mm).

Assembly Instructions

The stopper comes in two parts. To install, simply tie a knot in the center of your rope and secure the stopper with the three stainless steel cross-head screws provided. This makes the mounting process fast, easy, and secure.
